We offer nationwide delivery to all 9 provinces in South Africa, including:

🕒 Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched via The Courier Guy and you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities & Metros: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and peak periods. We strive to ensure timely delivery in all cases.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and weight.
  • In some cases, free delivery may be offered for bulk or promotional orders.
  • You will be able to view and confirm the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

📦 Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number from The Courier Guy, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time at https://thecourierguy.co.za.

📍 Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure the following when placing your order:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including unit/apartment number (if applicable).
  • Include an active contact number for delivery updates.
  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package during working hours.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

🔁 Damages or Delays

While we take every measure to pack and ship your order safely, please:

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or missing items.
  • For courier-related issues (loss or delays), we will liaise with The Courier Guy and keep you updated.
